It shall mean any information that relates to a person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with KaHa and is capable of personally identifying such person. The information may also include third party credentials, provided, You give access to Kaha to third party sites such as Facebook and/or Google plus.
It shall mean the closed virtual social network of users of Clove and Clovenet.
If You choose not to sign up through Facebook or Google plus and sign in manually, You will have to provide Your name and photograph in order to log in to the Application.
Medical and fitness information: One of the functionalities of the Application is to track Your fitness. This may include data such as heart rate, blood pressure, Your height, weight and other medical and physical factors that determine Your fitness.
By using any location-based services on Your enabled device, You agree and consent to KaHa’s use of the same to provide and improve the services.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by going to the Location Services setting on Your paired mobile phone and turning off the Global Location Services(GPS) setting.
Contact information: If You permit KaHa to access Your phones address book, while installing the Application, KaHa may access and store names and contact information from Your phone’s address book to facilitate social interactions through the Application.
Hardware identifier for Your enabled device: Since the Application on Your mobile phone is paired with Your enabled device, KaHa will have access to the hardware identifier of Your enabled device.
Text messages: In the event of an emergency, Your mobile phone which is paired with Your enabled device is programmed to send text messages automatically to Your nominees, upon clicking the button on Your enabled device. KaHa will have access to such messages that are generated by the Application and it will be able to read those messages at the time it was sent, received or any future date.
KaHa is required to collect the above mentioned Personal Information in order to provide the services and features intended by the Application which is to enhance Your personal safety, fitness and provide certain related features to secure Your phone, and communication solutions. In order to facilitate these functions, it becomes obligatory to personally identify You.
KaHa requires access to Your photograph, in order to avail the help of the Users of the Clovenet Network and for them to be able to recognize You at the time of an emergency. There might arise a situation where Your nominee might assign another user (closest user), including someone whom You do not know, to help You in a case of emergency. In such situations, Your photo will appear on the profile in order to personally identify You by the concerned Clovenet user.
KaHa will neither rent nor sell Your Personal Information to anyone. KaHa will share Your Personal Information with Third Parties only as follows:
KaHa has no control over the policies and practices of third party websites as to privacy or any other matter. For example, if You update Your contact information on the Application and allow that update to also be reflected on Your Facebook account, KaHa will not have any control over the information that is updated on the third party website. If You allow such automatic transmissions, please review all third party websites policies before engaging in such automatic transmissions on the website.
KaHa may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Also, if KaHa (or substantially all of KaHa’s assets) are acquired, or if KaHa is reorganized or goes through some other change or control, Personal information would be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party. KaHa will try to give You advance notice if Your Personal Information will be transferred to a third party in this manner, so that You can delete Your registration/account with KaHa if You choose.
KaHa may release Personal Information when it believes in good faith that the release is necessary to comply with the law; enforce or apply KaHa’s conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of KaHa, its employees, its users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection etcetera.
Except as set forth above, You will be notified when Your Personal Information may be shared with third parties, and will be able to prevent the sharing of this information.
At the time of creating an account on the Application, a One Time Password (OTP) is sent to Your mobile phone, therefore only You can create an account, provided You are in possession of Your mobile phone. You need to prevent unauthorized access to Your account and Personal Information by limiting access to Your phone and the Application.
KaHa endeavours to protect the privacy of Your account and other Personal Information it holds in its records, but KaHa cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.
You may be able to add or update certain information as explained above. When You update information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records.
You may at point in time uninstall the Application. Please note that some information may remain in KaHa’s private records even after uninstalling the Application. The information that was provided at the time of creating the account may still be retained and made available to You, if You choose to reinstall the Application. KaHa may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating Your personal information after You uninstall the Application , but not in a manner that would identify You personally.
